Shipping & returns
Orders are sent to our supplier partners within 24 hours. Standard delivery runs 4–18 days depending on the warehouse. Shipping is $4.95, free over $50.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free — just send a photo.

Between 4 and 18 days, depending on the product and which supplier warehouse it ships from. Each product page lists its own estimate.
Why does shipping take longer than a big retailer?+
Every MUNCH product ships directly from the supplier who makes it, which is how we keep prices low and the catalogue this strange.
Where is my tracking number?+
It's emailed the moment the supplier dispatches your parcel, and it also appears on the order tracking page.
Can I return something?+
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Contact support and we'll send instructions.
Do you ship internationally?+
Most products ship worldwide. A few heavier items are limited to the US and EU; the product page will say so at checkout.
